The Opening Plenary Session on Tuesday morning is a highlight of every OCEANS Conference, featuring leaders from industry, academia, government, the military and ocean oriented organizations. So that all registrants may attend this important event, no other OCEANS activities are scheduled during the Plenary. The Plenary is open to the public, free of charge; however, anyone not an attendee of the Conference must register as “Exhibits Only” to obtain a badge for entry.
