OCEANS 15 Washington is 5 weeks away. This Bulletin has important information pertaining to Lead Retrieval, Hotel Reservations and GES Early Bird Discount Deadline.

NOTE: The deadline for early bird discounts on your orders is September 28th. - Lead Retrieval – There is an App for That!
A lead retrieval app will be available to all OCEANS'15 MTS/IEEE Washington exhibitors. This is a free service included with your registered booth. The app runs on smart phones and tablets running iOS and Android and you'll be able to download it from iTunes and Google Play.
All attendees, including all exhibitors, will be issued a QR code panel with their badges and tickets. Once you've download and installed the OCEANS Exhibitor Lead Retrieval app on your favorite device, login using your email address and passcode (to be issued a few weeks before the conference), and then scan the QR codes of interested customers. The app interacts in real-time with the OCEANS registration database, providing contact name information on your screen to confirm a successful scan, and adds the lead to your company's private list, maintained on the OCEANS server. Furthermore, you'll be able to qualify your leads according to multiple categories, including interest in your company's own personalized list of products. You'll be able to maintain your list of products using the lead management portal on the conference website portal. You'll also be able to view and download your password protected list of leads as an excel spreadsheet from the server at any time by logging into your exhibitor lead retrieval account.
The simultaneous use of multiple devices for the same company is supported; scans by each member of your sales staff all populate a single list of new leads accessible only to you and your staff.
A few weeks before the conference, all exhibit booth contacts and staff persons will receive an email with links to download the app, and the individual passcodes needed to login to the app. - Hotel Room Reservations – Hotel reservation cut off is September 18th.
The Oceans '15 Organizing Committee has negotiated a group rate of USD $289/night, including in-room internet access (but no meals), at the Gaylord National hotel. The conference block is open and reservations can be made through September 18, 2015 at 5:00pm EST. After this date, reservations at the Gaylord National will be accepted by the hotel based on space availability.
